The British Army appreciates the contributions of our Reservists in serving local communities and acknowledges the sacrifices made by Reservists and Employers for our nation's security and safety.

The Army Reserve consists of your employees who want to serve their communities. Through training, we develop strong individuals and team-oriented leaders who aim to succeed in any workplace.

Reservist employees gain skills in planning, decision making, flexibility, communication, and leadership. These skills help them work effectively in diverse teams, handle pressure, and demonstrate responsibility, independence, and self-discipline.

We train leaders at every level and develop specialist and leadership skills that you can use in your organisation. Some skills will be nationally recognised and accredited, and can be utilised in your organisation at no cost to you.

The Army invests in physical, mental, and emotional fitness. It offers training and builds lasting confidence.
