This podcast series will showcase how the British Army deliberately develops leaders at key stages of a soldier’s and officer’s career based on Army Leadership Doctrine (ALD). Each episode will focus on a different part of their leadership journey, bringing in practitioners responsible for designing, delivering, and shaping leadership development through both formal training and education in addition to informal experience.
The series will not only highlight Army practice but also illustrate transferable lessons for a broader audience across defence, public service, and industry linking to the ALD and Army Leader Competency Framework (LCF).
