HIVE Information Centres

HIVE Information Centres are provided by the Army to give information support to all members of the Service community - Serving personnel (Regular and Reserves), their immediate and extended families, MOD Civilians and Veterans.

 

HIVE Locations

What do we provide?

On behalf of the Chain of Command Army HIVE delivers information support for the whole military community on a wide variety of topics affecting their everyday Service and personal life, including relocation, accommodation, health and wellbeing, finance, Non-UK Nationals, education, employment, deployment, resettlement, military discounts and local area information.  

 

Support is available

  • Face-to-face, telephone and email through a network of HIVE Information Centres in both the UK and Overseas (for locations and contact details, please see map below)
  • Online through the HIVE blogs. All HIVE blogs are updated regularly and email updates can be signed up for to ensure key messages are not missed (see map for links)
  • Social media: Facebook, X(formally Twitter) and Instagram (see links below)
  • HIVE Information Support Officers (HISOs) will research on behalf of the customers and are also able to provide confidential signposting to further sources of support. HIVE produces arrival packs for those relocating and deployment packs to support families during operational deployments.
  • For those considering overseas postings or already at post, the Tri-Service International HIVE (iHIVE) provide location-specific guides and information to assist informed decision-making and on-going support. See www.internationalHIVE.blogspot.com.
