Enhanced Forward Presence
Operation Cabrit is the UK's contribution to NATO's Forward Land Forces in the Baltic 3, Poland, Finland (B3PF).
UK Armed Forces have a leading role in NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) in the Baltic States, in order to enhance Euro-Atlantic security, reassure our Allies and deter our adversaries.
The eFP in the Baltic States is a deployment of robust, multinational, combat-ready forces to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, on a persistent, rotational basis.
About 900 British personnel rotate on a continuous basis alongside French, and host nation Estonian forces.

The 1st Battalion are transforming over 20 years’ experience as Armoured Infantry into an exciting new, Light Mechanised Company.
It's good to produce well-rounded soldiers who train in all sorts of environments.

Who's deployed
The King’s Royal Hussars is an armoured regiment with an illustrious history and great cavalry traditions. Equipped with the Challenger 2 main battle tank and the Scimitar reconnaissance vehicle, this regiment is truly a force to be reckoned with.
