At 152 Regiment RLC, we don’t just train, we deliver.

We are a Reserve unit of the Royal Logistic Corps, providing vital support to the Army wherever it operates. From the UK to overseas deployments, we keep people, equipment and operations moving.

Whether it's weekend training, adventurous training in the UK or abroad, or supporting real-world operations, life in 152 is varied, challenging and rewarding.

152 (North Irish) Regiment RLC is the Army’s only specialist Fuel Support Regiment, delivering vital fuel capability in support of operations worldwide. Reliable. Capable. Ready.

The Regiment operates a fleet of Bulk Fuel Carrying Vehicles and MAN Support Vehicles (SV), enabling the transportation and distribution of fuel across a wide range of environments. Our personnel are trained to independently establish and operate bulk fuel installations, ensuring a continuous and reliable fuel supply on operations.

Our Deployable Bulk Fuel Installations can store up to 600,000 litres of fuel, providing critical infrastructure in austere environments. Supporting this capability, Petroleum Laboratory Technicians conduct fuel testing and quality assurance in the field, ensuring that all fuel meets operational standards.

Our soldiers are trained to operate key platforms including the Close Support Tanker and Unit Support Tanker. They are responsible not only for driving these vehicles, but also for maintaining and operating their fuel pumping systems in demanding conditions.

Driver training includes the attainment of Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) licenses and hazardous goods (ADR) certification. Personnel are trained to operate, maintain, and deploy vehicles in a variety of challenging environments, including those encountered on operations.

In addition to its operational role, the regiment provides ceremonial support worldwide through its Pipes and Drums band. Open to all members of the regiment, the band offers soldiers the opportunity to develop musical skills alongside their primary trade.

All trades receive structured, progressive training designed to build technical competence, leadership and operational effectiveness.
