Wherever you find the British Army, you will find the Royal Army Medical Service (RAMS) who can deploy at short notice anywhere in the world to provide medical support. The RAMS will be there to maintain soldiers' health and provide medical care to the sick and injured.

The Royal Army Medical Service is a modern, inclusive, operationally proven organisation that is aligned totally with the National Health Service.

It was created from the amalgamation of The Royal Army Medical Corps, Royal Army Dental Corps, and The Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps. Both regular and reserve personnel will deliver the very best patient care wherever the British Army can be found.
