These Officer, SNCO and JNCO Leadership Cards have been designed by the Centre for Army Leadership (CAL) as a tool to generate discussion, create diverse thinking within teams, help teams consider the way their team thinks and to build self-awareness for individuals.

The Packs produced in collaboration with 1 MI Battalion and the Communication and Behavioural Studies Department at RMAS creates discussion for ethical decision-making and leadership scenarios that JNCOs, SNCOs and Officers may respectively find themselves in.
