These courses are held at the Personnel Recovery Centres and at the Battle Back Centre in Lilleshall. They are designed to offer both adaptive sporting opportunities, as well as developmental courses in recovery tactics and employment possibilities for those who are leaving the Army.

The military courses run roughly once a month in each of the PRCs and last between five and ten days. Each course has a capacity of up to 16 soldiers at different stages in their recovery. Dress at the PRC for the courses is civvies, although the military staff working there and teaching will be in uniform.

There is more information about the details of each course on the Mandatory Courses pages.
