With summer now in full swing, this months Army Eats competition theme is focused on plant based meals. A meal derived from plants with no animal source or artificial ingredients. Your meal should focus on vegetables, fruits, whole-grains, legumes, seeds and nuts.
There has been a massive surge in the popularity of plant based foods, with celebrity chefs and restaurants creating and selling more plant focused meals more than ever before. From meatless burgers or cauliflower wings, to flavour packed curries there is no need to compromise. The judges would love to see you get creative this month and come up with a dish where meat will definitely not be missed.
Entering couldn't be easier. All you need to do is make your post work out meal, take a few photos, select the best and upload via the competition entry page.
