The Band of the Royal Corps of Signals

The Band of the Royal Corps of Signals is located at RAF Cosford, in The West Midlands, and is able to supply musical support around the world.

The Band of the Royal Corps of Signals is one of three brass bands within the Corps of Army Music. In 2014 the band relocated to RAF Cosford, having spent nearly 35 years at Blandford Camp, Dorset.

The Band's primary role is to support the Royal Corps of Signals and the wider Army. The band is also committed to the Corps of Army Music’s mission statement:

“Through music, Service Bands are to sustain & develop the moral component of fighting power, support State Ceremonies and achieve influence in order to further Defence and National interests”

In 2014 the band made a successful transition from a traditional military wind band to a brass band, there are vacancies across the sections so please contact the band using the details below.
