Sport is an important part of Army life. It not only makes RADC soldiers mentally and physically robust, but helps develop qualities like leadership and the ability to work in a team.
The RADC participates in a wide range of different sports, and soldiers of all abilities, both Regular and Reserve, are encouraged to pursue a sporting interest. RADC soldiers have competed at Army Medical Services, Army and even Tri-service levels in various sports, but there are also many opportunities to try something new.

AMS compete in both the Winter and Summer Tennis leagues, and are always looking for new players. There are many events throughout the year, including the annual Army Tennis Training Camp, a week of intensive training providing new and experienced players with the opportunity to improve and train together as a team.

The team compete in the Army Lawn Tennis Association Championships, and RADC soldiers have even had the opportunity to play in the Inter-Services Championships at Wimbledon.
