Corps Freedoms

On 25 September 1987 the Freedom of Test Valley was bestowed on the Army Air Corps Centre (now the Army Aviation Centre) at a moving, spectacular parade and fly-past near the Guildhall in central Andover. The freedom confers the right  to 'march through the city with drums beating' in recognition of the friendship existing between the citizens and the soldiers.

The Army Air Corps has been granted the following civic freedoms since September 1982:
