The Professionally Qualified Officer course at Sandhurst is for new British Army Officers who hold professional qualifications, such as doctors, vets, lawyers, dentists, nurses, physiotherapists and chaplains.

Every Territorial Army Officer commissions from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. There are two different routes to the Academy, both of which involve the completion of qualifying modules before an application is made.

The Late Entry Officers Course (LEOC) is designed for newly commissioned Late Entry Officers from both the Regular and Territorial Army.
