Accommodation

For some recruits, a stay at ATR Bassingbourn may be their first time away from home.

Living in Army barrack accommodation is not like living at home, and new standards and rules of behaviour have to be learned. But it's comfortable and friendly.

Recruits share accommodation with the other members of their section.  All facilities are well equipped and a typical bed space includes somewhere to sleep and lockers in which kit and personal belongings can be stored.

Accommodation may be communal, but there's still a reasonable amount of privacy for the individual.
