Regional Training Centres
Regional Training Centres (RTCs) were created in April 2006 by the amalgamation of Brigade Specialist Training Teams and Brigade Reinforcement & Training Unit.
There are 10 RTCs across the country, each being centres of training excellence, providing TA Phase 1, TA Potential Officer and specialist Phase 3 courses. The common mission of all RTCs is:
"To provide quality, timely training and training support to prepare officers and soldiers of the TA for their unit appointments, or subsequent training, in order to contribute to the military capability of the TA".
