Recruiting
145 (South) Brigade has a key role in recruiting for the Army. The One Army Recruiting policy gives us responsibility for recruitment into both Regular and Territorial Army officers and soldiers.
In this last year we have recruited over 1000 regular soldiers, 400 TA soldiers, seen a surge in Regular Officer recruiting, and continue to make progress in the recruitment of TA officers.
The delivery of highly productive recruiting by the brigade ensures we contribute to a fully manned Army.
Exercise Executive Stretch, is run for employers of TA personnel. It aims to give these employers a glimpse of what their staff have committed themselves to and give an insight into how they benefit their company and society in general.
