Army Cadet Force

The Army Cadet Force (ACF) is one of the country's oldest, largest and most successful youth organisations.

The ACF develops young people (age 12 to 18) physically and mentally, improving self-confidence, teamwork, friendship and leadership.

North West England and the Isle of Man is home to over 7,000 Army Cadets, serving in detachments administered by six ACF Counties.

Thousands more serve in Combined Cadet Force (CCF) contingents across our region.
