Army parade

One Army Recruiting (OAR) commenced on 1st April 2007 and saw the evolution from disparate efforts for Regular, Territorial Army (TA), officer and soldier recruiting, to one, cohesive approach.

This responsibility has been delegated by Commander Regional Forces, through Commander Recruiting Group for the Regional Brigades to deliver.

Commander 2 (South East) Brigade is responsible for recruiting potential applicants from the South East into the Regular and Territorial Armies.  He delegates this responsibility to Commander Regional Recruiting (CRR) who he shares with 145 (South) Brigade.

CRR's mission is:

"To recruit the required quality and quantity of officers and soldiers in order to enable those Corps and Regiments (Regular and Territorial Army) that recruit within boundaries to achieve full manning and sustain operational capability."
