21st Signal Regiment (Air Support)

Royal Signals soldier in radio contact with a RAF Chinook 21st Signal Regiment (Air Support) is to provide appropriately trained air support communications assets in order to meet designated military tasks at the levels of readiness specified in the JHC Plan.

Role

To provide robust Communications Information Systems (CIS) Support to the RAF Support Helicopter Force (SHF), in accordance with direction from the Joint Helicopter Command (JHC), in order to contribute to the Land component of UK military capability.
