The Band of the Royal Corps of Signals

The Band of the Royal Corps of Signals is located at RAF Cosford, in The West Midlands, and is able to supply musical support around the world.

The Band is one of three brand new brass band capabilities in the Corps of Army Music.

The band performs at many high profile public events at home and abroad, and can also be booked to perform at corporate events.

In the past the band has performed at ceremonial events, such as public duties at Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and Stirling Castle.

Being a newly formed brass band, it has vacancies for instrumentalists in all sections of the band:

  • Soprano cornet    
  • Cornet Section
  • Tenor Horn
  • Baritone
  • Euphonium
  • Tenor trombone
  • Eb and Bb Bass
  • Percussion
