If you choose a career in the Army, the Royal Signals, with its frontline technical duties, is the ideal choice.

What are the benefits?

On top of honing your command and leadership skills, the benefits you get from the Royal Signals include transferable skills such as working under pressure, working alongside and commanding experts in communications and all Royal Signals Soldier Trades require you to have a driving license, if you cant drive now you will before you leave for your first unit!

Depending on the career you wish to follow you could acheive a Foundation Degree in Information Systems BSc (2011), a Foundation Degree in Communication Systems Management (2011), a Tech Cert in Telecomms, Comms Cabling (AES) and many driving qualifications B+E, C+E, HAZMAT, D and MHE(Forklift).
