I've gained the knowledge and experience to deliver safe and effective physical training in my unit. I administer and conduct mandated fitness tests and assessments, and advise soldiers on general health and wellbeing in areas like diet and nutrition. I'm still expanding my knowledge and I can gain additional qualifications. I can also apply for a transfer to the Army Physical Training Corps when I'm ready.
