Band of the Scots Guards
The Band of the Scots Guards is stationed in Central London. One of its prime functions is supporting State Ceremonial Events in and around London, a duty it shares with the other 4 Household Division Bands.
It may be also present at various State Occasions throughout the United Kingdom. The Band has over the years travelled extensively around the world adding its fantastic sound, colour and military flair to many events, including South Korea, Australia, Italy, France and the Edinburgh Tattoo.
This Band along with the other 4 Household Division Foot Guards Bands and the 2 mounted bands make up the fantastic spectacle of 'Trooping the Colour' held on House Guards every year to mark the Queen's birthday.
