The band has a number of smaller ensembles available.

The ensemble houses many of the bands, if not all, musical permutations. Strings, Brass, Woodwind, and Percussion combine to produce yet another unique brand of music. Because the Orchestra encompasses all the instruments the repertoire available is comprehensive: Concert Marches, Musicals and Popular Dances are the mainstay to this ensembles portfolio.
  • Brass Quintet - The ensembles versatility and diversity of repertoire make this the most popular ensemble from within the band. Regularly performing at wedding receptions, regimental dinner nights, corporate events, or taking centre stage for a concert performance, the Nulli Brass Quintet is simply 'Second to None!'
  • Woodwind Quintet - Formed in 2001 the Wind Quintet is becoming an ever more popular choice of ensemble. Nulli Wind presents many advantages over other groups in that as well as being suitable for large events, the nature of the instruments involved make it perfect for the smaller venues. The Wind quintet covers music from all genres but is particularly well endowed with works by the great classical composers. A truly unique combination that has all the class and delicacy of a string quartet but also the power and lighter side of a brass group. Nulli Wind has performed at international conferences, mess nights, weddings etc.
  • Function Band - The Function Band is a 10 strong line-up which will deliver a night to remember at every type of social occasion. The ensemble is ideal for dinners and receptions where space may be of a premium.  Adding subtlety and ambiance to the more formal functions, they are adapt at blending into the background whilst delivering colour and style fit for all .
  • Fanfare team - It could be a Royal Wedding, the opening of a Royal Gala Performance or even the beginning of a major sporting event. However the grand occasion seems to be, a Fanfare Team in full chorus will seldom surpassed.  Used independently or in conjunction with other musical ensembles e.g. Orchestra, Band, Organ or Choir, its flexibility is its strength. From a solo trumpeter performing Last Post right through to a team of twelve accompanied by an impressive array of percussion, the impact is breathtaking.
