The Band of The Royal Armoured Corps

The Band of The Royal Armoured Corps is part of the Corps of Army Music and is based in Catterick, North Yorkshire, England.

The Band has been created by the amalgamation of the Heavy Cavalry and Cambrai Band and the Light Cavalry Band as part of the restructuring of Army Music in 2014.

The Band has a number of diverse ensembles to provide musical output for any occasion. 

  • Wind ensemble
  • Brass ensemble 
  • Fanfare teams
  • Marching band
  • Show band

The Show must go on

The Band of The Royal Armoured Corps (a part of the Corps of Army Music) very own Frank Sinatra, Sergeant Moray Innes was approached for the second year running to perform the lead role in Sinatra: The Final Curtain at Edinburgh’s 2014 Fringe Festival.
