Whichever job you choose in the Army, you’ll be working as part of a team to achieve your goals. The Army will want to see how well you work with others throughout the selection process.

This teamwork game shows a typical teamwork exercise, and gives you a chance to test your skills. Your colleagues need to be able to rely on you – and you need to be able to trust and work with them in return. The Army selectors want you to show that you can get involved, work with and motivate others. Be alert, be keen, and show respect for your team members. Remember, the selectors are also testing your ability to work under pressure, especially if things go wrong, so don’t give up.
