Regular to Reserve

The Army values the experience of former officers and soldiers. If you’re a former Regular or Reservist and you’re missing Army life then you might be able to re-join, either in your old role or a new one. There's a range of ways to do this depending on your age, rank and experience. Ex-Regulars who decide to join the Reserves can also get a bigger bounty when they meet the minimum annual training commitment.
