General rules of the Mercian Regiment Association

1. The Association shall be called the Mercian Regiment Association, here after referred to as the Association.

2. The Association is administered from

3. The Association has branches across the Regimental counties of Cheshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands and where there are sufficient members of the Regiment or former Regiments to sustain a branch.

4. The Association will embrace the Cheshire Regiment Association, the Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Regiment Association, the Staffordshire Regiment Association, and the Mercian Volunteers Regimental Association as independent corporate bodies and their constitution, control and funds remain autonomous.
