The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment has two RSTS (Regimental Support Teams). Team West is commanded by Sgt Andy Lavery and originate from the First Battalion currently serving in Paderborn, Germany. Team East is commanded by Sgt Alex Donaldson and originate from the secound Battalion, currently serving in Cyprus.

The teams deliver an up-to-date presentation on life in the Army, the infantry and the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment. Both teams have a wealth of operational experience in various theatres as well as day-to-day life in an regular infantry Battalion. Following each presentation, the teams are open for a question and answer period.

• Team West covers Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey
• Team East cover Kent, East Sussex and Middlesex.

The teams are equipped with a surround sound system and PowerPoint projector. The teams also have at their disposal a mobile advertising stand, which can include infantry weapons.
