4 SCOTS
The Highlanders, 4th Battalion the Royal Regiment of Scotland is based in St Barbara Barrack's Barracks near Fallingbostel in Germany. It is an Armoured Infantry Battalion equipped with the Warrior Infantry Fighting Vehicle.
4 SCOTS were recently serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan. The Battalion was split so that they had a Company in Afghanistan in support of 16 Air Assault Brigade and serving alongside both 2 SCOTS and 5 SCOTS. The rest of the Battalion were serving in Iraq.
