3 SCOTS
The Black Watch, 3rd Battalion the Royal Regiment of Scotland (3 SCOTS) is based at Fort George near Inverness. It is a Light Role Infantry Battalion.
3 SCOTS recently returned from a 6-month deployment in Afghanistan's Helmand Province where they were conducting operations against the Taliban. They have now returned to their base in Inverness.
