Parachute Regiment Insight Course

This is a free weekend for young men aged between 16 - 33. We will even pay for your train ticket. The course is physically demanding but enjoyable and will give you a good idea of the standard required. We guarantee you will enjoy the weekend and you never know, you may surprise yourself!

Some course dates are listed below, if you feel you are up for it, call us now and book yourself on a course. Course vacancies are in great demand and subject to availability therefore a place on your chosen course cannot be guaranteed.

A reasonable standard of fitness is required prior to attending the Insight course. We are looking for individuals who can complete a 1.5 mile run between 9 min 18 seconds and 9mins 40 seconds, plus personal best effort of 2 minutes for each exercise of continuous press ups, situps and upper body heaves.
