The Regimental Association
There are 33 branches of the Duke of Lancaster's Regimental Association
The Regimental Association brings together all those who have served in the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment or one of its predecessor Regiments. Joining the Association is simple and only costs £10 a year. See the links on the right. Open and print the Application Form, the Bank Standing Order Form and if you are a tax payer, the Gift Aid Declaration. You will need Adobe Reader and if it did not come with your computer you can get a copy here.
Complete the forms and send them to Regimental Headquarters - see the address on the Contact Us page. Regimental Headquarters will then put you in touch with your nearest branch.
Members join one of the 33 branches all across the North West of England or one of those in the South of England. All 33 branches have agreed to abide by the rules of the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment Association. The rules have been adopted by the first Annual General Meeting of the Association. At the same time members agreed to adopt 'best practice' guidance on accounting and how to run meetings.
Many branches carry a new Duke of Lancaster's branch standard and each have been encouraged to include the emblem of the borough or city of their origin.
Branches and members are at their best when supporting the Regiment's welfare and benevolence efforts, ensuring that our serving and retired soldiers and their families are always cared for in times of need and distress.
