CLEAR, STRONG REGIMENTAL IDENTITY
You will command and lead soldiers in a regiment whose men are drawn from a single county, Yorkshire. They reflect its character - robust, straight forward plain speaking men from whom the Regiment has developed outstanding senior NCOs and Warrant Officers.
