The Colonel in Chief of the Regiment is His Royal Highness The Duke of York. His Deputy is Brigadier, His Grace, The Duke of Wellington.  The Colonel of The Regiment is General Sir Nicholas Houghton.  He is assisted by an Honorary Colonel from each of the Battalions, Deputy Honorary Colonels from the sub-units of the Territorial Army Battalion, the Regimental Board and Regimental Trustees.
