The Yorkshire Regiment recruits soldiers from across Yorkshire, the North East and from all Commonwealth Countries. Its Officers come from across the country - and many from further away still.
If you live in or have connections with Yorkshire, The Yorkshire Regiment or our antecedent regiments (The Prince of Wales's Own Regiment of Yorkshire, The Green Howards Or The Duke of Wellington's Regiment then this is your local Infantry Regiment.
