Clubs, Unions and Associations
A vast range of competitive sports are played in the Army, and activities take place all over the world.
With superb facilities and a "Sport for All" approach, the Army organises competitions at all levels in 53 different sports. There are over 100 international sportsmen and women currently serving in the British Army.
The Army Sport Control Board has 42 Sport Unions and Associations broken down into 9 Synopsis Sports, 28 Recognised Sports and 5 Approved Sports.
