Reconnaissance Vehicles

Scimitar is a CVR(T) vehicle (Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance Tracked) with a primary role to gather information.

Reconnaissance troops (or 'Recce' as they are more commonly known) are an essential element in the gathering of battlefield intelligence.

They are trained in the art of information gathering by stealth, both from vehicles and on foot, providing information 24 hour a day to commanders in all weather conditions.

 

  • Scimitar Armoured Reconnaissance Vehicle

    Scimitar is a fast and agile armoured vehicle with a primary role to gather information

  • Spartan and Other CVR(T) Vehicles

    A very small Armoured Personnel Carrier, it can carry four men in addition to the crew of three. It is used to carry small specialised groups such as reconnaissance teams, air defence sections adn mortar fire controllers.

  • Jackal armoured vehicle

    Jackal is a high mobility weapons platform, with a unique air-bag suspension system allowing rapid movement across varying terrain.

  • Coyote (TSV light)

    The Coyote tactical support vehicle (TSV light) is based on a larger six-wheeled derivative of the four-wheeled Jackal 2. It has a crew of four and a top speed of 80mph (129km/h).
