Captain Thomas Rossiter

Captain Thomas Rossiter Tom commissioned in to the Royal Logistic Corps (RLC) in December 2009 and was posted to Germany. As a troop commander at 16 Tank Transporter Squadron he deployed to Afghanistan in 2011 with 1 Logistic Support Regiment RLC.

On his return he promoted to Captain and was posted back to Germany, with 7 Regiment RLC. Throughout his 6 years Tom has been fortunate to have served in Poland, France, Germany, Canada, Afghanistan and the USA and, as a fluent speaker, he has deployed as a French linguist on numerous occasions, most recently to assist with the delivery of the D-Day 70 commemorations.

Following 7 Regiment, Tom was posted to the Army Engagement Group in May 2015. With a 3-month old spare time is at a premium, but when it is available Tom enjoys running and cycling and he is also currently studying for a Masters Degree in Logistic Management.
