Youth engagement

What is youth engagement?

We have youth engagement teams who visit schools, colleges and youth organisations as well as supporting the Combined Cadet Force and the Army Cadet Force.

We present an interactive, multi-media presentation which lasts approximately 30 minutes before giving the audience a chance to question the team. The teams include a young Captain and a Corporal and all the presenters have operational experience.

Are we trying to recruit?

We are not seeking to recruit, instead we want to inform young people about the Army and its place within the community.

Our presentation supports the public service and citizenship elements of the national curriculum and all our presenters are CRB checked.

Is there a cost?

There is no financial charge for our presentations and we come with all our own equipment.

All you need to do is provide a suitable venue – and an audience.
