How To Apply - Soldier Entry

Your first port of call is to go to your nearest Army Careers or Armed Forces career office.

Here your Recruiter will start to take you through the process of joining the Army.

Once you have passed your medical and army development and selection you will be called forward to attend a QARANC Selection Board, these vary depending on the role you are applying for.

  • Registered Nurse Selection Board
You are asked to give a seven minute presentation followed by a 30-40 min interview in front of a panel.

If successful at the selection board you will be given a date to attend Phase1 (Basic Military Training).
