We take the best of Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Devon and train them to operate some of the most advanced weapons in the British Army.

We don't want you to give up your day job; we expect you to be good enough to keep that and also enjoy the challenge of training to become a member of the Armed Forces in your spare time. 

We will pay you the same daily rate as that being received by a soldier in the Regular Army, offer you the same challenges and equip you with the skills to keep you motivated, fit and ready to fight.

The Royal Wessex Yeomanry is always looking out for quality men and women between the ages of 17 and 43 to join its ranks.

Not only are we looking for potential tank gunners and drivers we also need Land Rover and truck drivers too.
