RMP(V) Specialist Units

The RMPTA has two Specialist Units.

  • Allied Rapid Reaction Corps Military Police Battalion (ARRC)
  • Special Investigations Branch (SIB)

As a specialist you will be required to undertake a minimum of 19 days training per year. (15 days allocated for an annual camp)


Allied Rapid Reaction Corps Military Police Battalion (ARRC)

The ARRC MP Battalion is responsible for the establishment and operation of the multi-national police HQ for ARRC.

Entry Criteria: You must have a police or recognised security background.


Special Investigations Branch (SIB)

Special Investigations Branch provides specialist criminal and sensitive investigations in support of the Regular RMP SIB.

Entry Criteria: You must either already have a regular army SIB or Police CID background.
