University credits
During first and second year in AUOTC officer cadets, complete the Military Leadership Development Programme (MLDP) 1 and 2, this forms the basis of an RGU accredited module - Military Leadership in Practice - which adds a further 30 credits to your university transcript.
As well as this, an opportunity exists through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) allowing you to gain a Level 4 Introductory Diploma in Leadership and Management - a definite boost to your CV.
