Year 3: Performing Leadership

• Leading and developing teams of up to 25 people in arduous conditions, under pressure and in competition.

• Public relations and marketing.

• Duke of Edinburgh's Award - as an authorised operating authority for this scheme our students can attain the prestigious Gold award within 18 months of joining by simply following our syllabus.
• Chartered Management Institute - students can achieve a CMI Level 5 Award and Certificate in Management and Leadership by progressing through the syllabus.
