Year 2: Developing Leadership Skills
- Teaching techniques

- Event expedition planning, budgeting and coordination.
- Adventure training qualifications

Year 3: Performing Leadership
- Leading and developing teams of up to 25 people in arduous conditions, under pressure and in competition.
- Organising and running events - such as expeditions, battlefield tours, fund raisers, community projects, social events.
- Teaching parts of the syllabus
- Captaining a sports team.
- Public relations and marketing.
- Running the detachment bars/unit shop.

- Duke of Edinburgh's Award - as an authorised operating authority for this scheme our students can attain the prestigious Gold award within 18 months of joining by simply following our syllabus.
- Chartered Management Institute - students can achieve a CMI Level 5 Award and Certificate in Management and Leadership by progressing through the syllabus.
